We run the bookings, so venues can run the experience.
We build and power your event pages, handle every inquiry instantly, manage every booking, and keep every guest coming back. 24/7, across every channel.
Three beliefs led us to build Runhappy.
Event sales is the hardest job in the venue.
Hundreds of inquiries a week and many of them after hours. Runhappy takes it off your team's plate and turns the volume into revenue.
We don't sell software. We run it for you.
You're already busy running the floor, the staff, and the guests in front of you. Runhappy builds a bespoke deployment around your brand and manages the whole operation.
The happy experience is the whole point.
It's what your guests remember, and what brings them back. Runhappy runs the booking side so your team can pour everything into the room, where it counts.
Our story.
Run bookings. Run revenue. Runhappy.
Meet the team behind Runhappy.

What's your favorite venue?
A putt-putt course that became our end-of-school-year tradition, all themed mountain caves and ball tunnels that every so often handed you that elusive hole in one.

What's your favorite venue?
Go Ape. They have high ropes courses at different locations around the UK and I lived near one of them growing up.

Wrigley Field, where nothing beats the Chicago energy, whether it's a ball game or a summer concert with friends and family.

What's your birthday memory?
My dad's 38th, when his friend Jay surprised 6-year-old me with Red Sox tickets in the driveway: my first game, up in the Green Monster, with a wave from Johnny Damon.

The movie theater, where I spent some of my favorite childhood birthdays and still love going.

The ceramic studio where I take classes, for its kind, creative people and real sense of community.

What's your favorite birthday memory?
My 12th at Metro Bowl in Baton Rouge: none of us could bowl, but with All the Small Things under the neon lights it didn't matter, and I kept a souvenir pin for decades.

Tom Brewer
Software Engineer
What's your favorite birthday memory?
In Orlando with friends at Universal Studios, when we scored a behind-the-scenes tour of the Escape from Gringotts ride.

What's your favorite venue?
I really enjoyed going to Energylandia, an amusement park in Poland. Their Hyperion thrill ride has a separate line if you want to be in the first cart, so we did that (of course) and had a the perfect view and experience of the huge, 269ft drop.
If running operations at scale and building AI people actually trust sounds like your thing, we want to meet you.
